1. What are each blend for? How do I know what to pick?

2. How do I brew my tea?
For an everyday brew, place 1-2 tablespoons of tea blend in hot water. Let it sit for ten minutes to steep, occasionally stirring. As you pour your blend into your cup, focus on what it is going to bring you. Add your own intent (wishes) for the day.
For more acute needs, feel free to use more tea. We find a French Press is ideal for stronger or larger brews. In your cup, add a lemon slice and some raw honey to taste (all optional).
2. How do I store my tea?
For best results, store your loose tea in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place. This protects the tea from air, moisture, light, and strong odours, which can all degrade its quality and flavour.
